I have been coming to Bagel Plus with my Dad for decades. We love it here and treasure this little gem in the Bathurst/Sheppard area. Each time we walk in, it’s as though we are visiting our second home! The owners greet us by name, as do ALL the servers. The all-dairy restaurant has an extensive menu with great variety. The portions are very plentiful, and always so tasty and delicious. Most of the patrons are also long standing customers, which makes it a great place to eat and catch up with friends! The owners pride themselves on their stellar reputation. I would like to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to ALL the wonderful servers…..they are attentive, they listen, they are loyal, certainly love what they do as evidenced by the smiles on their faces and the joy in kibitzing with their customers. All our servers check on us during our meal. “Is everything ok? More coffee, more tea? Yesterday, we had the pleasure of having the cheerful & lovely Donna as our server. Our little chit chats and banter prior to placing our order, sets the tone of laughter and good cheer. She takes her job seriously, wants all her customers asks, be delivered as ordered. I look forward to Donna serving us next time we are in. In my opinion, she deserves to be recognized for her hard work, dedication and all with a smile on her face! Well done Donna. I had such a lovely experience at Bagel Plus today, thanks to the warm and attentive service from one of the sweetest staff members—an older lady with grey hair who truly knows what great hospitality looks like. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and efficient—answering all my questions about the menu with a smile, checking in on my coffee refills without being intrusive, and clearing dishes promptly. She even brought the bill right after collecting my plate, which I really appreciated—it was thoughtful, well-timed, and respectful of my time. The entire interaction felt genuine and smooth. It’s rare to find service that strikes such a perfect balance between friendly and professional. Bagel Plus is lucky to have someone like her representing the team. Looking forward to coming back again!

They have the best chocolate buffalo in the entire city. Of this I am an expert. They were so lovely to us and my grandson, it’s worth going out of my way to go there.

Interesting little bakery that serves not only baked goods but also a restaurant experience, with omelettes, fries, soup, salad, sandwiches and more. I got a good Single Fried Egg bagel sandwich with tomatoes, and it was pretty good. Also enjoyed the French fries and tea (which was bitter for a bit). Another great thing is that they have giant chocolate chip cookies for $2.25 each! Can't wait to try mine. I recommend this bakery.

I recently visited this bagel place and was impressed by the excellent service and warm atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and even offered my daughter a cookie, which made her day! It’s a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious bagels with happy people. Highly recommend!

Went here for lunch after checking Google reviews—and it was the best decision! Special shoutout to Atira, who attended us with the sweetest smile. She made us feel so welcome, helped with our order, and checked on us throughout to ensure everything was perfect. Amazing vibe, delicious food, amazing staff and exceptional service. Highly recommend trying this spot!
